Where to Go (Without Skis)

Lift-accessed viewpoints

  • Pleney plateau (Morzine): Ride the Pleney gondola for sweeping valley views and easy groomed footpaths.
  • Nyon & the Aiguille lookout: Quiet forest ambience and big-sky scenery via the Nyon cable car.
  • Super Morzine → Avoriaz: Float over the Dranse valley, wander Avoriaz’s car-free streets, or take the signed pedestrian routes near Proclou/Lindarets.
  • Prodains Express: A fast hop straight into Avoriaz for lunch, a spa visit, or sunset photos.
  • Les Gets balconies: Chavannes or Mont Chéry telecabins for gentle ridge walks and, on clear days, Mont Blanc in the distance.

Snowshoeing (Raquettes)
Hire a guide or follow marked trails at the tops of Pleney, Nyon, Super Morzine or Chavannes/Mont Chéry. It’s the easiest way to reach quiet corners and winter forests.

Easy Classics

  • Lindarets “Goat Village” (via Ardent/Avoriaz lifts) for a photogenic wander and crêpes.
  • Riverside path in Morzine: Flat, scenic and café-friendly when the weather closes in.

Spa, pools & rainy-day wins
Pop up to Avoriaz for Aquariaz or book a spa in town—both pair nicely with a short lift ride and a scenic walk. Prices are indicative from official/local sources and recent seasons. New season rates may update before winter—check final prices in resort or when booking online.
