Chalet Owners (5)
Can a chalet earn rental income in summer as well as winter?
Yes. Properties that work well for summer mountain bike guests tend to be larger, centrally located, and have secure bike storage and washdown facilities, ideally with a garden, terrace or outside space. Through Atlas Ride Co, we already have the guest demand to fill those summer weeks, so your chalet earns across both seasons rather than standing empty for half the year.
How does chalet property management work in Morzine?
We lease or manage your property on your behalf, handling guest bookings, housekeeping, maintenance oversight and day-to-day operations. You get fixed, predictable income without the stress of running it yourself.
How much can I earn renting out my Morzine chalet?
This depends on the size, location, standard and season length of your property. Get in touch and we'll give you an honest estimate based on what we're seeing in the current market.
Is buying a chalet in Morzine a good investment?
Morzine has strong year-round appeal thanks to its access to the Portes du Soleil ski area in winter and one of Europe's best mountain bike destinations in summer. A chalet here has genuine dual-season earning potential, which is rare in the Alps and something we're well placed to help you capitalise on.
What's the difference between leasing and a management-only agreement?
With a lease, we pay you an agreed fixed rent and take on the booking and occupancy risk ourselves. With management-only, we run the property on your behalf and you receive income based on actual bookings, minus a management fee. We can talk through which suits your property and goals.
