Beautiful chalet, and an outstanding team behind it, making it a very special experience. Thank you very much for having us! Every meal was incredible, and so was the service and the atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccable, and I loved coming back from the slopes to a sauna and a slice of cake. The chalet is also in walking distance from the Super Morzine lift, which is super convenient. Their shuttle service was always available, so it was never a necessity, but it's nice to be able to take down Super M and just walk home.

We had a great holiday thank you. The apartment is perfectly situated; quiet street, but only a short walk to the super morzine lift! The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a self catering holiday, with the added bonus of a boot room with boot dryers too. Our only critique would be the bunk bed in the small bunk room. In our opinion it is not safe. We have passed on our recommendation to the chalet hosts, as our son did fall from it.

Just back from a brilliant weekend at Chalet Atlas. The chalet itself is well-located, spotlessly clean, spacious and homely, and the Atlas team were also brilliant - nothing was too much trouble, and they were friendly and professional without being intrusive. Food is also a real cut above what you might normally expect - particular highlights were the burrata, porchetta and tiramisu! Would return in an instant!

Spent the Christmas week with the Atlas team who made the week so enjoyable for a group of 26. They were all so accomodating giving us recommendations, shuttles to and from the lifts, amazing food and snacks and making our stay an overall amazing experience. Matt, Ben, Elliot, JP, Jaz, Nathan and Scott were an amazing team!!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Atlas Ski Co!! The hospitality was incredible and we were lucky enough to be there over Christmas where the team made the day very special for our large group. Elliot was amazing in the kitchen and every meal was delicious — a massive highlight of our stay! Scott and Marina were also so lovely and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. Special mention to JP, Ben and Matt who shuttled us up and down the mountains like legends, giving us good advice about the mountain and sharing their knowledge. The whole experience was amazing and every last detail was carefully thought out. Would definitely recommend this crew to look after you for a week on the slopes!
Chalet Alaya sits right in the heart of Avoriaz, a short walk from the shops, restaurants and ski schools and at the foot of the slopes. Spread over three floors and 340 square metres, it sleeps up to 16 in real comfort. The layout is generous, the finish is high-end, and there's enough separate living space that a big group of family or friends never feels on top of each other. Add a private sauna and a rooftop terrace and it's hard to beat for a big group ski week.

Alaya is in the Ruches district, slap in the middle of the resort and directly facing the Village des Enfants. You can ski from the door, walk to dinner, and drop the kids at ski school in two minutes.
The entrance hall opens into a double lounge with a log fire and a quiet reading corner. The open plan kitchen is properly kitted out, with oven, dishwasher, wine fridge and a pro Nespresso machine, and runs straight into a big sociable dining space. There's also a separate cinema room, so the kids (or the adults) can disappear off without taking over the lounge.

There are several extra elements of your ski holiday in Avoriaz we can help with to make your holiday run as smoothly as possible to ensure maximum relaxation.
Ski Passes
- There are many options available for your ski pass with different prices from child to adult and which resort you wish to ski at. Please follow the link to find out much more and add your ski passes to your My Booking area so they are ready and waiting for you on arrival at the resort.
Ski Hire
- There are multiple ski hire shops in Avoriaz, all within easy reach of the chalet, so you can get fitted and on the slopes in no time. Just ask.
Ski Lessons and Guiding
- Booking your ski lessons and ski guiding couldn't be easier, we have partnered up with the best in the business from Season Guiding, BASS and Peak Snowsports. The ESF and Evolution 2 meeting points are also just metres from the chalet.
Airport transfers
- Getting from Geneva airport or train station to Avoriaz for your ski holiday is very simple, with a transfer time of around 1 hour 45 minutes. This is a real appeal if on a short break or with children. We have partnered up with the best in the business who we know provide a reliable service. We even provide Airport Transfers ourselves for private services or family groups.
Travelling with Children
- On top of helping with recommendations for childcare, we supply High Chairs, Travel Cots, Kid's plates & Cutlery on request. We can also pre-arrange the purchase of nappies and wipes on your behalf before you get here to save you from bringing them with you. All helps to save space when packing with little ones – speaking from our own experience!
Holiday deposit and payment terms
To book your Atlas ski holiday, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The final balance is then due 8 weeks before your arrival at the resort.
Booking deposits are non-refundable but they are flexible and you can move the date of your holiday at any point before your 8-week final balance due date. The booking can only be moved within the same season it was originally booked or our standard T&Cs apply. Read our T&Cs HERE.
Check in / out
Check-in: Key handover is guaranteed from 5:00 PM. An early check-in service is available giving access to the apartment by 12:00 PM, bookable up to 24 hours before arrival and subject to availability.
Check-out: Keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 AM on departure day, with a key box available beside the agency door for departures before 8:00 AM. Late check-out can also be added as a paid extra through their customer space.
Changeover day is Saturday, which is the Avoriaz norm (the resort's luggage room service runs every Saturday specifically for changeover day).

- 3 ensuite doubles (160x200 beds with private shower rooms)
- 2 further doubles (160x200 beds)
- 1 twin room (80x200 single beds)

- 1 flexible twin/double (two 80x200 mattresses that join as a double)
- 4 shared bathrooms with showers, baths or both, plus separate WCs
