Close to the centre of Morzine and spread over two floors, Chalet Atlas offers a fully-catered service, including 3 course-dinners prepared by professional chefs served by an experienced host team who are on hand to help throughout your stay, leaving you to focus on the skiing. 

With 10 double/twin bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, Chalet Atlas can be booked by anyone, from individuals to large groups booking the entire place exclusively, offering you the ultimate flexibility when booking.

Our Weekend Ski Break starts on Thursday. Depending on how much time you want on the slopes, leave the UK early morning and you can be on the slopes in the afternoon owing to the short 1h30 transfer time from Geneva. Organise your ski hire through Doorstep Skis and they’ll be ready and waiting for you in the chalet.

Ski All Day - Explore Pleney, Les Gets 1 day and Super Morzine and Avoriaz the next. With over 650km of pistes in Les Portes Du Soleil, you’ll find plenty to explore on the slopes and in the après bar!

SUNDAY
Make use of our luggage storage and changing facilities to fit another day of skiing in before departing from the resort. Catch a late flight home ready for work on Monday morning.

With time at a premium, you need to maximise your time on the slopes, which means everything being readily available and convenient. Through 10 years of operating in Morzine through winter and summer, we’ve built up strong relationships with the best in town.

Sitting at the heart of the Portes Du Soleil ski area, Morzine offers fantastic access to the whole of the Portes Du Soleil. Situated halfway between Les Gets and Avoriaz you can easily access both, giving you the best of both areas. 

The Portes Du Soleil ski area is made up of 12 interconnected villages, each with its own charm. The main 3 resorts are Morzine, Les Gets & Avoriaz, but there are also a handful on the Swiss side of the border which offer a unique opportunity to ski across borders.

What makes the Portes Du Soleil and Morzine so great for weekend ski breaks is just how accessible the ski area is. It’s perfect for mixed-ability groups with plenty to challenge expert skiers, including snow parks, steep pistes, and incredible off-piste areas such as the Chamossière Bowl in Morzine, Mont Chery in Les Gets, and Vallée de la Manche in Avoriaz.

Morzine also offers exceptional value lift passes.  When compared to the bigger resorts like Val D’Isere or Tigners, the Portes Du Soleil ranked as the most affordable ski area, coming in at just 0.45¢ per kilometre of piste, compared to Val D’Isere/Tignes at €1.20. 

Chalet Atlas offers several social areas spread over its two floors, including a basement hangout & games area, as well as two main lounge areas with comfy sofas, big fires and access to private balconies. 

There are 10 twin/double bedrooms, all of which are en suite, so your entire group will be comfortable and cosy during your stay. 

Food is our show stopper, our secret weapon, and we are so proud of the team behind the service. Start the day with Artisan Coffee and breakfast specials, such as breakfast burritos or pancakes, or just a simple but delicious side of eggs and toast. 

Return home from skiing to a mountain of freshly baked cake or cookies and afternoon tea, before settling down for a 3-course dinner, such as lamb shoulder or BBQ pork belly, followed by a cheeseboard and digestivo. 

Morzine is one of the easiest resorts to access in the alps, just a short 1h30 from Geneva Airport. Combined with a fast, easy transfer using Skiidy Gonzales, you can be in Morzine as little as 6 hours after arriving at the UK airport, including check-in and baggage collection! Morzine has everything you need to maximise your time on the slopes.

At just 8 hours from Calais, driving to Morzine is a very feasible option, especially if it is split between a group. 

Alternatively, you can consider the train from London St Pancras to Geneva, via Paris.
